Cricket Australia have been given the green light from the Federal Government to tour the UK in September.
Australia's IPL contracted players will head straight to Dubai once the England tour wraps up.
National Selection Panel Chairman Trevor Hohns said it was a great squad they had announced with a sprinkle of some exceptional young players.
"We are very excited by these young players who we believe are all capable of playing a role in the Australian setup in coming years."
