Bomber tests positive to COVID-19

Essendon defender Conor McKenna has tested positive to COVID-19, according to reports out of Melbourne on Saturday afternoon.
It places the Dons match on Sunday afternoon against Melbourne in grave doubt, with McKenna reportedly training with his team mates on Saturday morning before the results of his test were known.
The Irish born McKenna spent time back in his home town during the AFL season lockdown, and was set to play his first match of season 2020 against the Dees.
The news comes on the same day as the state of Victoria announced 25 new cases of COVID-19.
AFL Chief Executive Gillon McLachlan will address the media in a 4PM EST press conference with further information.
