Calling the action: A special father son bond

Paul Crestani was born with a visual impairment and is legally blind, but that hasn’t stopped him being a fan of all things sport.

Paul’s main loves were cricket and football, but became a Perth Wildcats member with his son Toby when he learned of his passion for basketball.

You’ll find the pair in the stands for every Wildcats game with Toby, an aspiring broadcaster, commentating the on-court action for his dad.

As the Wildcats took on the Illawarra Hawks, Sports Breakfast host Jacob Landsmeer was with Paul and Toby at RAC Arena to hear their story.
