Chris Scott to work without pay

Geelong coach Chris Scott is set to sacrifice his whole salary in attempt to help the Cats save costs in the COVID -19 AFL shutdown.


The Herald Sun reports Scott will continue to work whilst the game is in hiatus and didn't wish to be paid whilst others in the football department were being stood down.


Lions coach Chris Fagan is forgoing 50% of his salary.


All 18 AFL coaches volunteered to cut a minimum 20% of their wage throughout the crisis.
