Clairvoyance breaks Pinjarra track record

Clairvoyance ($4.00) has produced an unstoppable track record breaking performance to win the Pinjarra Classic.

The Darren McAuliffe trained galloper bolted clear of the field to smash Corporate Gun's 22-year old record by 0.37sec.

From the start Clairvoyance was able to easily cross from barrier 14 jockey Chris Parnham piloting the horse into a commanding position.

The margin from the field increased throughout the straight to eventually win by three lengths.

Coming Around ($15) finished second while Son of Bacchus ($26) ran home from strong to be third across the line.
