Cotton commits to Wildcats

Bryce Cotton has opted to remain with the Perth Wildcats, just four weeks after he sensationally walked out on the club to pursue offers overseas.

Cotton initially left the club after the NBL and Australian Basketball Players Association decided to cut player salaries in response to the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 27 year old backflipped this week, signing a three year deal on Monday, with the club making the news official on Tuesday morning.

"I'm back for the next three seasons and I couldn't be happier sharing this news," Cotton said in a statement released by the Wildcats.

"There's no place like home."

Cotton will now be part of the club's push for a third straight championship in 2020-21, his future secure with the franchise as is his legacy, having already won 3 titles, 2 NBL MVP and 2 NBL Grand Final MVP's in his three and a half seasons with Perth.
