Cotton dominates in Wildcats triumph

The Perth Wildcats have snapped a three game home losing streak defeating the South East Melbourne Phoenix 103-96.

Bryce Cotton led the way for the Cats delivering 32-points as the team put back to back wins together either side of the FIBA window.

Perth broke the game wide open in the second quarter scoring 28 points to 14 then going onto close out the third quarter strongly.

SEM Phoenix rallied in the last quarter but the home side has built enough of a gap to hold off their challenge.

In positive signs for the Cats Brody Manek hit another five three's in his 21 points.

The Wildcats are back in action at home to the Adelaide 36ers next Thursday. The Phoenix have a quick turnaround to Saturday's Throwdown with Melbourne United.
