Eagles dealt dual injury blow
Oscar Allen is set for time on the sidelines needing to spend three weeks in a moon boot.
Allen developed soreness in his foot 12-days a go and the Eagles have placed him on a quiet schedule since then.
Scans on Monday revealed that Allen had developed an stress-related injury.

“Unfortunately, Oscar’s injury means he will wear a moon boot for the next three weeks before building his training loads again,” Eagles football manager Gavin Bell said.
“While it is disappointing for Oscar and the club, no doubt he will complete his return to play program with the level of professionalism and diligence we have come to expect from him.”
In other Eagles injury news, Jamie Cripps will miss the next three months requiring surgery on a torn pectoral muscle.
