Glory snatch victory over second placed Wanderers
Perth Glory have caused a major upset by defeating the Western Sydney Wanderers 1-0.
It's a crucial three points for Perth to keep them in touch with the remainder of the competition despite only moving equal with Melbourne City and remaining last on goal difference.
Youngster Keegan Jelacic's scored his first professional goal in his eighth appearance for the club to prove the difference.
Coach Rueben Zadkovich said post-game he is really proud of the "togetherness" in the dressing room.
“I thought for long periods of the match, we were the better team,”

“We deserved the points and I thought we played really well.
“Especially with a lot of young guys stepping up and Jacob Dowse on debut against a couple of big centre-backs, I thought his effort was good and he had some good moments.
“But as a collective, I thought we deserved the points."
Friday's victory is also the first clean sheet the Glory have kept so far this season.
Perth are back in action on Tuesday night at Macedonia Park when they face the Brisbane Roar.
