Lynch fined for misconduct

Richmond premiership forward Tom Lynch is free to play in the club's preliminary final against Port Adelaide, after being fined $750 for misconduct in an incident in the Tigers 31 point win over St Kilda at Metricon Stadium.

Lynch was fined for kneeing St Kilda defender Dougal Howard during the third quarter of Friday night's match, his fifth misconduct charge of the season.

However with no suspension incurred he will be free to meet the Power in next weekend's preliminary final, having only just returned from a hamstring injury for the match against the Saints.
