Marsh out of Pakistan white ball games

Mitch Marsh has been ruled out of the remaining matches of Australia's tour of Pakistan.

Marsh injured his hip flexor during training and missed Tuesday's opening ODI in Lahore.

A Cricket Australia statement said Marsh would now head to India to join up with the Delhi Capitals where current NSW physiotherapist Patrick Farhat will manage his recovery.

“Being able to focus on my recovery without the travel and isolation break is the best approach,” Marsh said.

“I am disappointed to miss the Pakistan series but look forward to rejoining the Australian squad for our next tour.”

Australia will play another two ODI's before three T20's finish the tour.
