Perth's top jockey William Pike has produced another successful ride guiding Bob Peters owned Mississippi Delta home in the 2020 Perth Cup.
Pike turned for the judge with just one runner behind him and was still in second last place with just 200m to go.
The $3.50 favourite surged and swallowed up second place Missile Launch and third Taxagano to score the victory by a length.
Peters has now won nine Perth Cups including five of the past six while Pike notches up his third.
