Regal Power wins Kingston Town
Regal Power has left jaws dropped after upstaging short priced stablemate Western Empire to win the Kingstown Town Classic.
Western Empire was all the rage crunched into a $1.22 the shortest priced favourite to ever run in a Kingstown Town.
Jockey Pat Carbery aboard Regal Power rode a textbook William Pike ride who was aboard Western Empire, shuffling well back in the field only to show a superb turn of foot swamping the field to hit the line the strongest to win by a length.
Kissonallfourcheeks finished third.
Bob and Sandra Peters have enjoyed a clean sweep of the $1million Perth Masters G1 races winning the Winterbottom with Graceful Girl and the Railway with Western Empire.
