Suban announces WAFL retirement

South Fremantle premiership player Nic Suban has announced his retirement from the WAFL.


Suban played 87-games for the Bulldogs and played in the clubs 2020 premiership.


The 32-year-old returned to South Fremantle at the beginning of the 2018 season after being delisted by the Dockers.

Suban joins fellow 2020 premiership player Steven Verrier who also announced his retirement earlier in the week after 135 games with the Bulldogs.


South Fremantle has also announced a number of signings ahead of the 2023 season including Matthew Parker on a three-year-deal, former Adelaide Crow Jordan Gallucci, Blake Schlensog, Jimmy Miller, Chad Pearson, Noah Strom and Toby McQuilkin.
