Subi-Floreat crowned premiers

Subiaco Floreat are WA Premier Cricket first grade champions after a thrilling one-run win over South Perth.

Michael Hart was the hero claiming the figures of 7/47 in a man-of-the-match performance.

Chasing a total of 118 for victory Liam Dallimore (14) edged a ball to Tim Montelone at second slip to end what had been a dramatic second morning.

Dallimore and Simon Ringrose (12 not out) had added 27 runs for the 10th-wicket to get South Perth oh so close.

It's the first two-day premiership for Subiaco-Floreat since 2016-17 adding to an already successful season defeating Mount Lawley in the one-day final and finishing runners-up in the T20 competition.

After the first innings result the game continued for several hours into the afternoon Subi finishing 4-150 captain Geremy Fatouros was unbeaten on 50.


1st grade - Subiaco Floreat defeat South Perth by one-run

2nd grade - Bayswater Morley defeat Joondalup by 110-runs

3rd grade - Melville defeat Subiaco Floreat by five wickets

4th grade - Willetton defeat Scarborough by five wickets
