WA batsman let them down in SA

The WA men's cricket team have fallen 109-runs short of their target for victory against South Australia in Adelaide.

Chasing 332 in the fourth innings of the game WA succumbed to Dan Worrall brilliance who claimed 5-31 including the last four wickets of the game.

Marcus Stoinis (60) was the bright light but wasn't able to find any partners of substance along the way.

Bancroft (19), Carder (28), Marsh (0), Green (15), Phillipe (29), Inglis (28) all failed to make an impression.

WA drop one position to third place on the Sheffield Shield table five-points behind Queensland and are only half a point in front of South Australia.
