WA lead the way in Hobart
Western Australia are in the box seat leading by 183-runs after day two of their Sheffield Shield encounter against Tasmania in Hobart.
WA posted 371 with the bat largely thanks to Cameron Green (158 not out) posting his highest first class score.
Tasmania at stumps are 5-188. Joel Paris and David Moody claiming two wickets each for WA.
The visitors made steady progress with the ball dismissing Silk (11), Doolan (24), Doran (18) cheaply.
Charlie Wakim (57) provided some resistance and skipper Tim Paine (21) approached in his innings with intent before being caught at mid-wicket off an ill time pull shot.
McDermott (20 not out) and Beau Webster (34 not out) led the Tigers into stumps combining for an unbeaten 47-run partnership.
