WA make changes ahead of QLD clash

Cameron Bancroft has been dropped from WA's squad to take on Queensland starting on Friday at the WACA.

Bancroft averaging just 13 for the season was one of four players omitted from last week's Tasmania squad including Ashton Turner, Simon Mackin and Liam O'Connor.

Liam Guthrie and Josh Nicholas are into the squad after impressing with the ball against Victoria last week in the second XI competition while Marcus Stoinis is back from injury and wicketkeeper Josh Inglis from Australia A duties.
