Wright and 36ers part ways
The Adelaide 36ers NBL franchise and long term coach Joey Wright have agreed to part ways.
After a review of the season following the 36ers failure to make finals most parties agreed it was the right move.
Wright has been at the helm of the South Australian based club for seven seasons and in his last game brought up his 500th game as an NBL Head Coach.
The 51-year-old believed he was leaving the club in a better position to when he started.
Adelaide will now begin their search for a new coach and an appointment to be made in the coming months.
