Claremont stole a win from Boorloo in the final quarter to take them down on the road by three points.
The Demons led at half time by 13 points, but the Tigers slowly chipped away at a comeback and had 2.3 in the final term to 1.0 from Boorloo to seal the victory.
Jayme Harken and Jacinta Valentini were dominant in the midfield for Claremont with 29 and 26 disposals respectively.
Bec Anderson was the only multiple goal scorer for the day with two goals – she continues a patch of good form with two, three and two goals in her last three matches.
The Tigers now sit in second, five wins clear from the rest of the competition
Peel Thunder 3.2 (20) def by. South Fremantle 12.10 (82)
South Fremantle jump up from fifth to third with a 62-point victory over Peel Thunder on the road on Saturday.
Kiana Lee stole the show with six goals on her WAFLW debut – she had a total of 10 shots on goal, accuracy robbing her of a bag.
Kate Newson dominated the ruck with 43 hit outs while Ashleigh Gomes and Tahleah Mulder were the beneficiaries – they had 25 and 19 touches respectively.
Shannyn Pomersbach and Annalie Polimeno were also damaging in the Dogs’ forward line with three and two goals each.
A nightmare season gets worse for Peel, yet to record a win after 15 rounds.

West Perth 1.4 (10) def by. Swan Districts 3.10 (28)
Swan Districts took out a hard fought match with West Perth by three goals on Saturday – goals were few and far between.
The Falcons kicked 1.0 in the first term but remained scoreless in the second and third quarters – the Swans were able to capitalise and hold on to a lead.
Swan Districts were far more efficient at converting inside 50 entries into scores with a 50% conversion rate to the Falcons’ 26.3%.
Jaime Henry put on another head turning display with 41 disposals, five marks and three tackles.
Ashley Sharp was the only multiple goal kicker for the day with two majors for the Swans, Taylah Edwards aiding with one.
East Fremantle 6.4 (40) def. East Perth 4.5 (29)
The Sharks were able to hold on for an 11-point victory over East Perth on Sunday to remain in third.
A scoreless third term for the Royals saw the Sharks capitalise and pull away with 1.3, going into the final term with a 14 point lead and icing the cake with two more goals.
Inside 50 entries were the difference with East Fremantle recording plus 20, but a 37.5% score conversion rate to 22.7% kept East Perth in the match.
Layla Firns was best on ground despite the loss – she had 28 touches, five marks and a tackle.
Chelsea Natta was one of five goal scorers for the victors and led the way with 2.
