Boorloo stole a win from East Fremantle after Oscar Hine-Baston slotted a set shot with the last kick of the game to triumph by three points over the Sharks.

The Demons now move up into second as Claremont helplessly watch on with the bye and drop to fourth – they get their chance to reclaim their spot near the top when they face East Perth next week.

East Fremantle controlled the match with a three point lead at half time and 11 going into the final term – Jack Cleaver leading the way with 24 disposals, five marks, 10 tackles and eight inside 50s.

Charlie Dean held it down in the backline, finishing up the day with 23 touches and 14 marks.

Jack Kluske and Aaron Clarke were the only multiple goalkickers for Boorloo, both booting two each.

Subiaco 18.6 (114) def. West Perth 15.16 (106)

Subiaco won a high scoring affair against the Falcons on Saturday with a second half shootout sending the Lions up into 5th.

West Perth showed some fight as they vie for their second win of the season – the side booting an impressive score with 15 goals.

Kane Bevan shone on his 50th game with 33 touches, also kicking a goal and taking a memorable hanger.

Jaxon McGowan, Greg Clark and Wil Hickmott controlled the midfield for Subiaco with 32, 28 and 27 disposals respectively.

Jack Mayo and Ryan Borchet led the scoring for the victors with four majors each; Steven Miller close behind with three and Jack Petruccelle rounding out the multiple goalkickers for Subiaco with two.

South Fremantle 7.10 (52) def. Swan Districts 5.11 (41)

South Fremantle move into third after taking a win from the Swans with a four-goal haul in the final term.

Swan Districts controlled the lead at the end of the half and the third term but it was a goalless second half that gave the Dogs a sniff at a comeback – the final margin reading 11 points.

Jake Florenca was best on ground with 29 touches, three marks, eight tackles, two inside 50s and a goal.

Leigh Kohlmann is on a streak of hot form after he added two goals to the Swans’ tally this weekend – he’s kicked 11 goals in his last three matches.

South Fremantle make that three wins in a row while the Swans’ two game streak comes to an end.
